If you’ve ever been to a tractor pull, truck pull or county fair in central Wisconsin you’ll already know who he is. No, he’s not the guy running the ferris wheel, he’s either announcing the pull or at working the R&M display.

If what you are purchasing at R&M requires any financing or warranty paperwork, you’ll get to meet her. In today’s retail world, all paperwork needs to be completed correctly and timely. She makes sure that all of the T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted.

Jon has been with R&M since he could walk. Jon lives and breathes what R&M is all about. If it can be fixed Jon knows how. No more to say.

He’s involved in all aspects of the dealership, like Jon he’s been at the dealership since diapers.

Youʼll see him in our showroom, on the lot or maybe in your driveway. Most of the time heʼs at the store but for a couple days each month, heʼll be out visiting our customers who may not be able to break away from the jobsite or farm. We got Tony fresh off the farm. He had been farming with his father Larry Baneck in the Wautoma area. Tony was hired on as the Parts Consultant, then transfered to sales after a few months.

It’s her friendly voice you’ll hear when you call R&M and she’s usually the first person you’ll see when you come into the dealership

Mary brings over 20 years of automotive management experience to our dealership. She loves spending time with her family and her two horses.

Dirk has worked in all aspects of the Service and Parts Department. He knows what it takes to do the repair right the first time and in a timely manner.

Matt worked in our Parts Dept. while attending Berlin High School. He is now our full-time Parts Consultant.

Stacy was brought on to take some of the work load off of our Parts and Service consultants.

A veteran of the mechanical world. Dan knows first hand how important it is to keep all equipment maintained and in top working order, after all he raises steers and cash crops.

Josh has been with R&M since 1998. He worked with us while in high school and even through college. He graduated UW Platville with an engineering degree.

Ben worked in our shop while attending Berlin High School. He is now taking classes at Fox Valley Tech. when he isn't turning a wrench at R&M.

Sal takes a lot of pride in the work he does at R&M. He even has a photo collection of him next to the finished machines.

Alex recieved most of his mechanical training while serving in the Army as Air Support and Special Ops. He did a tour in Iraq and Asia. He is now working full-time in our shop and taking some classes at Fox Valley Tech.

Carlos is in charge of making sure all machines are thoroughly washed before we do any detail work on them, and then again before they are ready for sale.
